This is a 2 Bedroom (all ocean-front) annual floating premium for weeks 1-15, 38-52. Buyer to pay $175 towards closing costs, all other fees paid. Maintenance fees are paid through 2018, and the first usage begins in 2019.
We have enjoyed staying here for many years, and it's a great location right in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The units are completely refurbished every few years and have just been redone this year. The management does a great job with maintenance, and fees have been stable. The 2018 fees were $728. Although the resort will rent units (and offers a rental program for owners), in our experience the owner-use rate is very high.
It also trades pretty well though RCI (depending on the week you choose bank, points range from 20-24).
