I won't be renting a car, so I'm looking for options to get from the airport to the historic district other than a taxi.

The local transit authority has an airport express bus to the historic district. The website doesn't say anything about luggage, but I assume it is allowed. Does anyone know if more than one suitcase is allowed?

What about airport shuttles? The airport website lists a dozen or so, but most don't have websites. And the ones that do don't list prices or service the airport.
