Sable Palms White Weeks

I'm considering purchasing a resale week at Sable Palms in Orlando. The unit is for a floating white week. Does anyone know what specific weeks are included in the white weeks? Thanks for your help.
 
It looks like weeks 18-23 and 40-49
 
Isn't Sabal Palms having a special assessment for remodeling? I'd check and make sure of any special assessments on your deal.
