Royal Vista over Christmas/New Years?

Anyone have an idea of how hard it is to book a few days at Royal Vista in Pompano at the 10 month mark for Christmas/New Years? Totallly impossible? Trying to plan next year and we’re thinking of spending a few days in Orlando and a few days at the beach over this time period. Thanks in advance!
 
I don't know how hard it is to book in that timeframe, but the weather should be nice if you can get it.
 
Haven't there been issues in the past, perhaps not at Christmas but at other peak times, where guests are moved to different sections of the resort due to fixed week owners staying on their home weeks? I seem to recall a lot of complaints of being moved to move unpleasant sections of the property upon checkin.
 
We have a reservation December 20-January 3, 2026. I booked it on January 22, 2025.
