[Details deleted so as to remove the appearance of an ad in the public forums. Please review the TUG Rules.]

Looking thru TUG’s Reviews, Wish Lists, For Sale, For Rent sections, I find nothing at all about La Terrasse.

What should I make of that? Is the resort not in demand? Or so much in demand that owners do not want to sell? Or does the lack of mention of La Terrasse mean nothing at all?

Peter

OK.

How do I structure a post seeking information re: Royal Islander La Terrasse so that it does not have the appearance of an ad in the public forums?

As long as you don't mention the specific week that you own it won't look like an ad to sell it.

We stayed at the RI Club LaPlage years ago and loved it. I know LaTerrasse is basically next door but don't remember too much about it other than that it wasn't on the beach as LaPlage is. As for why there's no mention of it here - I won't venture to guess other than that the Club LaPlage is more likely better known since it trades in both RCI and II.

I think your post as it stands should return answers to your basic questions about whether there is a market for resales at the resort. Any discussions beyond that, having to do with buying/selling a specific ownership, can happen in private conversations. (The "inbox" link at the top right of the page will have a number on it if you have any private messages, or you can use that link to start a private conversation with others.) It's not unusual for readers to directly contact posters when there's interest in a purchase.
