I am an owner of one week and have not yet heard, but would like to be alerted if anyone is successful in gathering information.

It’s only a month…give them time…I would bet December or January
My family loved our years at the R. Islander and I'm sure it will take them awhile to get all there "ducks in a row" but I can't help but be curious. A letter or email assuring owners all is progressing as expected would certainly be a nice touch.
