I cannot use it these dates. $700 per week is less than maintainance cost. Royal CanCun is a Royal Resort, the absolute BEST resorts in CanCun. Super-service, free bicycles, free sailboats, fully equipped and furnished and decorated. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 heated swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, Palapa Restaurant, GREAT SERVICE (the BEST).

When you stay at Royal CanCun, you are also welcome to use the facilities and restaurants of Royal Islander, Royal Caribbean, and Royal Sands, and also Royal Haciendas in Playa del Carmen.
