Staroption Reservation WKOR/WKORN/Nanea Question

I am planning to reserve one of the three Westins in Maui with our Staroptions. When Oceanview is reserved, is it guaranteed Oceanview? Does Nanea indicate Resortview, Oceanview and Oceanfront options too if available? If all three has an Oceanview available, which one would have a better Oceanview?
