ROFR Exercised/Passed

Wow. That is a fire sale price for a great unit. I presume it helps that it is end of year and people do not want to pay for 2025 MF.

Agree 100%! Awesome price! Curious how/where you got it (& where I should be looking to get something like this) @Chris-ATX ? (the damn closing fee/resort transfer fees themselves are 255+ 545= $800= getting it for free effectively = insane...
 
This popped up one day on Redweek a while back, early SEP. I happened to look about 30 minutes after it was posted, so I got lucky and grabbed it.

I agree, it’s a unicorn. And I was really happy it was a “just get me out” deal. I’ll pay the $695 activation charge from HGVC, but this was a great deal. This was our second resale deed (first being paradise)
 
I closed on 2bedroom, platinum 11,200 deed at Boulevard. From inquiry to being on my dashboard it took 3 Months (September to December)

$895 total paid plus will have the activation charge from HGVC forthcoming. This was too good of deal to pass up.

I think @Chris-ATX and I both found one. I saw it on TUG Marketplace. I think he saw his on RedWeek. I went through Marc Thomas -- LIBERTY CONSULTATIONS, INC.

yes, this is who we sourced.

Overall, they completed the work. I did spend a lot of time with the Title person helping her work with HGVC. She was super friendly and eventually got it done.

BTW - @quhines had I known they had 2 deeds, I would have taken both! But I didn't even see they had 2 available. Congrats on your deed as well! :)

Sadly the ROFR beast is alive and well at Liberty Place. For $5000 they are now the proud owners of a Liberty Place Charleston by Hilton Club, 10080 bHC point, Biennial-Odd Gold Studio Premier deed.
