Every single comment I immediately thought of would come across wrong, political, or something not PC.

However, I will push the limit by saying three things I thought when reading the piece.
First: If, according to the article "it will record video it will not record audio or facial recognition technology" then why not install more cameras?
Second: "The robot will have a button on it to report a crime to a live person" left me wondering how long it will take the "live person" to show up and do anything? And, who pushes the button?
Third: Should we place bets on how long it takes for someone to put graffiti on the robot? My bet is within the first few hours of an overnight shift.

Let's set the over-under to 90 minutes. I'll cheerfully bet on the under. Discovering who wins would be problematic, though. You'll need a hidden camera watching for graffiti. If you have a random dude with a camera behind the robot, it's an unfair advantage for those who take the over.
