Perhaps this field should be renamed in the Resort Ratings and Reviews. We are visiting a resort that has resort fees. They certainly were not unexpected as they were disclosed in the II resort info when we made the exchange, but perhaps it would be better to just call out resort fees in general in the ratings and review section? There is also the nuance that in some cases a resort doesn't charge a resort fee to owners but they do for exchangers.

perhaps just "additional fees"

It would be helpful if parking fees could also be reported. This seems to be a new money grab by some HOA's.

There is already a drop down for Parking which contains several options like; On-Site Free, On-Site Paid and Off Site Only.

I thin the proliferation of Resort Fees would seem to necessitate calling this out separately. At least IMO. You could have parking fees or fee for WiFi that people lump in there even though there are separate drop downs for those two items.

Timeshare resorts that charges parking fees and mandatory valet parking fees would be very helpful information to know in advance ?

Yeah, there are some resorts that have valet only. That would be a good option to include in the dropdown.
