Can owners at any of the Japanese resorts (The Bay Forest Odawara, a Hilton Club; The Beach Resort Sesoko, a Hilton Club; Tradimo Kyoto Gojo, HGVC) please give me their resort ID. With the resort ID, I might be able to locate a copy of the budget report online. The resort ID is the first couple (2-3) numbers of your deed. You can get that in several places. One of the easiest for me is at the bottom of your login dashboard (HW bookings) {refer to screenshot}
