Possibly going to bid on an Ebay listing. Has anyone had any closings done by this company, and if so, any problems? Thanks.

i purchased 2 resales from them. decent even though i dealt with 3 reps (turnover). no qualms.

btw on one tx, they made a mistake but they stood by their work and covered it.

Incompetent...have the ability to take a simple closing and turn it into
nightmare...proceed at your own risk

No problems with Intervalmax

I've bought two resales (SVO & Marriott) through them on ebay and had no problems at all. They did a great job on both!

Oh yes, they are a little slow. I had their 'slowest' case (according to two of the reps I spoke with). Open case approx Jan/Feb - finally closed in about Sept. It was both the fault of RC and the resort's incompetent escrow dept that caused this one.
