Reservation cancellation question

I am looking at a couple of reservations I made a year ago. They both say I'm past the cancellation dead line. I thought the dead line was 30 days out. Did something change or is the website wrong ?

" For Reservations Made: No Later Than: 91 days to 13 months in advance 30 days before use" from the WM page.

Try calling in, especially if you already tried online yourself. I think I remember that someone posted it's cutting off the cancellation by a day online.

The cancellation policies have not changed. If your check-in and check-out dates are today's date, then it is definitely the lousy website.

That is what I saw just now when I checked my reservations with the "past the cancellation window" message.

Clearing the browser's cache and cookies (that I posted in the past) fixed the problem. All my check-in, check-out, and cancel-by dates are showing correctly.

I was at the WM site and decided to make a reservation for next year. It took a few tries but I was able to log on. There were units available so I booked a unit. I received a message that there were no available units. I check again. There were available units so I booked a unit. It went though...
