I was just curious if it would go to same address as the letter. Couldn’t find anything about where to send it.

If the contract didn’t mention a different address than you can send to the same address. You do get to keep any freebies that they may have given you for doing the presentation.

Individuals really can't use third class mail. That is meant for companies doing bulk. Back in the days when all they gave were books and binders, one could ship it back via "media mail" real cheap. I don't think you can send a tablet via media mail though. So the cheapest option is probably parcel post.

I usually suggest that you note in the rescission letter that "Promotional materials to be returned under separate cover." Then send their crap back by the cheapest means. To my knowledge nobody has been charged for the tablet or the folder, so it's up to you.

I know I have to write my letter have it signed by both me and my partner and send all materials back, but I do not have a CD player to see what exactly has to be in my letter. Can op help me out with what I need to include? Assuming everything was in order with yours. I don’t want to get stuck on some bogus red tape.

That should be fine. Send it Certified USPS. Do it TODAY while Post Offices are open- not all are open on Saturday.
