Westgate
Has anyone in these forms only had half the deposit returned to them ? When Westgate had me pay the initial deposit the full amount would not go through with my bank so they charged half one day and a half another. So far they have only returned one half of it , do i reach out to them about it ? Its the Westgate lakes resort
 
They have to refund ALL the money you put down BY LAW. If you do not receive the other half within a few days I would call them up and demand 100% of your money back to be in full compliance with State law.

My guess is that it is a clerical issue and you may need to call their attention to it by specifically providing them the TWO DIFFERENT DATES in which you made your down payments.
