I and my girlfriend bought bg ownership on sunday 08/20 in las vegas nevada, and after researching we decided to use our rescission time and sent letter 08/21 with fedex overnight delivery which was signed morning of 08/22. I returned promotional books at the resort at the time of checkout. I do have some vouchers with me. I received a mail 08/23 for 49$ refund of my orientation but have not received anything on deposit in my credit card. i am still in rescission window and can send another letter from usps, should i do it?

Also should i call and ask about my refund status?

If they signed for the FedEx, they have the rescission. They are obligated by law to process the rescission, but not to inform you of the progress or completion of it. You have done all you need to do. Keep any receipts in case there is ever a question. It can take up to 45 days for your credit card refund to be posted, so just cool your jets.

Inadvertent typo error. Jim knows and actually meant that it's 45 days (a requirement, I believe, under the (federal) Fair Credit Reporting Act).
Refund is likely to occur within just a few weeks, max.

P.S. If two people signed the contract, I hope your rescission letter was also signed by the same two people. One rescission signature (if two signed the contract) won't cut it.
