Has anyone received calls or used this company to try to sell your timeshare.
We are trying to sell a Raintree Vacation Club unit. We got calls daily from many companies. I am sure most of you do as well. This company is offering us a ton of money to buy our timeshare. It just does not make sense to me.

Thanks,
Beth

Of course it's a scam. They will need closing costs and fees in advance from you, and then you will never hear a thing from them again.

I feel bad for the "real" Premiere Properties in Colorado Springs, CO. :(

They have no idea someone is using their name....

Ipso Facto, in the real world any one calling, e-mailing or whatever offering to make YOU rich selling your time share, 20% interest, trunk of money in Nigeria, won a lottery you did not enter, long lost inheritance, oil well or gold mine, etc. is a scammer.

If they can sell times shares for thousands why aren't them buying them up on e-bay for a couple bucks, why do they need you?

When was last time a stranger walked up to you at WalMart and gave you a fist full of hundred dollar bills?

If you want to sell, try selling on TUG's Marketplace...

It's Scam-a-Roonie Time.....
