Friday - bought MVC points at presentation
Saturday - found TUG
Sunday - creating recision request letter

Per guidance on TUG I should include the contract number. Having difficulty locating that. There is a 5 digit number written on the USB I was given with all documents. I found the same number on the footer of a couple pages from the atty at closing. Loan Serving Notice being one of those.

Thoughts on if that is it?
Can the recision letter be sent without contract number? The cancellation language in the documents does not state it specifically as a reqt

Thank you to anyone who may be able to help w Marriott process/documents

You could also include a copy of the first and signature page of your contract. They just need a method to tie your rescission letter to the contract on their side.

The last purchase I had with Marriott had an email address for sending the recission. Look for this in the documents and do this in addition to the above.

I didn't find a contract number, but there are 2 documents, one titled "Contract and customer Confirmation" and another titled "Contract for Purchase." I would send copies of these with the recision letter.

Thank y’all for the help !
Hi! We were in the same position and sent an email on the last day of our rescission period (this was over the weekend). Do you ever hear from someone? Or just pray they process the return of the deposit?

I've heard of them responding in the past, but it isn't required. You usually won't get any kind of status update and just see a refund to your payment. You may also want to mail a rescission letter, indicating it in that you send the request within the timeframe via email. Perhaps include a print out of the send email as additional evidence. Just a thought.
