Renting Timeshare During Covid

During 2021 we will be traveling, however, short trips close to home. To those renting our their timeshares, are you including anything in your rental agreements and/or e-mails with respect to Covid? Thank you for any insights.

I put if our resort is closed due to Covid 19 on your check in date, you will get a full refund. Normally no refunds till Covid hit.
Travel problems are your own, insurance available online
