Renting through Koala Concierge Rental Services

I have rented one of my HGVC Home Weeks twice in the past few years with Koala. Per HGVC rules, this is allowed for Home Week reservations but not point or club reservations. I know that Koala has different levels of membership besides the free membership. Some of these higher Koala memberships sound like what @gwberg has done. There is no way that I would allow Koala {or anyone else} to take control of my account. This isn't allowed per HGVC rules, and I am sure that it would be viewed as "commercial activity" {because it would be}.

So that pays out $7 per 1000. If you own CWA, your fees are $8.47 before the program fee. It seems you are paying an upfront fee to lose money on every booking? Perhaps you own some CWS that have fees under $7?

Or try to make it up in volume.

I just rented another week through them. One thing is that they let me list the housekeeping fee separately, so I don’t have to pay a commission on that.
