I am in process to rent a condo at Waipouli Beach Resort in Kauai from Richard Momodou (richvacationlover@gmail.com). I am brand new to TUG and have never rented a condo anywhere before. Does anyone have experience renting from Richard that you can share with me. Just trying to validate rental. Thank you!

You can check to see if he owns the condo by searching Hawaii property records. This is a strange question for a timeshare forum. Did you do a Google search? Did you read reviews of his rental?

Thank you - I will check Hawaii property records. I did a Google search and came up with nothing. I have found no reviews.
