I'm not going to need my weeks for next year due to other work-related changes and other travel plans. I am considering putting up one or both of my weeks up for rental through VV.

The weeks I have include:

Grandview, Las Vegas
VV @ Parkway, Orlando

Both are fixed weeks, not points.

I would be open to rent either or both weeks for next year.

If I were to try to rent out one, which one would you suggest? The Parkway week will net me the most TPU points but if it would rent well, I would put it in the pool. Currently I have enough banked TPU right now for my current trading plans.

What would you suggest?

would check rental prices online for the weeks you have and see which one is in higher demand!

I took a look at Redweek and TUG rentals. Should I look somewhere else also?

For the Grandview Vegas timeshare, I only see 5 postings for Jan and Feb and nothing for later this year. On TUG I see 2.
For the Parkway, there are 8 rentals listed but none are past March. I see 3 rentals on TUG (one is for week 48).

Not sure if there is a way on either to see what has actually rented though. I successfully rented my Grandview week through Redweek once back in 2018 and through VV once. There was one year where I didn't get a rental when I tried to, but that was around covid times.

Based on the market, the Grandview most likely would have the better chance of being rented due to how saturated the Orlando market is. But my week is also a holiday week so that may bump up the odds.

price history tab on each resort will display successful resales and rentals to members.

can also check ebay, plenty of rentals there...as well as various facebook pages for your specific resorts.

vegas and orlando offer the most rooms of anywhere else on the planet.

Hi Brian,
It seems that the Price History tab on TUG is generating an error. For both resorts I'm receiving the error.

Input string was not in a correct format.
