Renting for the first time questions
This will be my first time renting out a timeshare and I am trying to not make any big mistakes. I know that I want to use an escrow company for the money exchange and I have noticed on Red Week that the escrow company they recommend (American First Title) has a contract. This sounds great since I know I need a rental contract and as of yet don't have one. I am confused as to whether this contract would be the only one I would need or would I need another one to cover things like liability for damages etc. Or are you able to modify this contract to add the information you want to. Could someone please help me understand how to best handle the contract issue.
Another question that I have is, how do you handle resort pictures since I don't have any of my own to use. Will I be able to use a link for pictures and resort details to the resorts website?
