Rental contract

I cannot find the contract sample either on TUG or http://www.vacationtimesharerentals.com/?
Would you please post the links to the contract page?
For TUG click on Advice at the top of the page in the red banner then read down the list. For vacationtimeshare rentals, you need to establish an acct and sign in, then the forms are available.

When you have a timeshare posted on vacationtimesharerentals.com, you would go to "my timeshare," the contracts are there, along with escrow company, which is the same one as redweek, First American Title.

Be careful

I have reviewed many timeshare contracts and most of the ones referred to here. Are the adequae? Yes. Are they enforceable? Depends. Most of these "standard agreements" are drafted in one state without any regard for another state. For an example, some states by statute require security deposits be sent back within certain days and some require interest. Some states, like Florida require tax. I have to disclaim any knowledge of any of these states except California and Arizona. The latter state copies much of their laws from the former; so these states are pretty similar. Heaven help the poor person who comes to our Western area from lets say Pennsylvania or Ney York and tries to use contracts (agreements) drafted there.

Please also suggest what to add to the contract.

Thank you in advance!

There are two sample rental agreements in the TUG Advice section (link at the top of any TUG page) under "Renting Timeshares".
