Rental Car in Baltimore

I'm taking a trip to Baltimore MD and want to know if any Tuggers know of a cheap rental car place in the Baltimore area. I am arriving by train so any place the the Baltimore or County area is ok. Thanks.
 
Penn Station or BWI

If you're getting off at the BWI stop, you can take a shuttle over to the airport and get a rental car there. If you're going into Penn Station, it's not as easy.
 
Baltimore/Washington Rail Station

The Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Rail Station (often shortened to simply BWI Rail Station) is an Amtrak and Maryland Area Regional Commuter (MARC) train station in an unincorporated area within Anne Arundel County, Maryland, US.

The station is located on the airport complex just over a mile from the main terminal of Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. A free shuttle bus runs between the station and the airport terminal

BWI Air/Train Passengers take the free (gray & black bus) shuttle from the airport lower level terminal for a ten-minute bus ride to the car rental facility.

The BWI rental car facility is located at Stoney Run Road and New Ridge Rd. Free shuttle service carries customers to and from the airport approximately every 10 minutes.

When returning a vehicle, look for highway directional signs to the facility. The Car Rental Facility is located at: 7432 New Ridge Rd. Hanover, Maryland 21076 (near area restaurants, Arundel Mills Mall, Maryland Live Casino & BW Parkway 295)
