Release Consulting.net

They claim to have been in operation since 2018 but their domain has only been in existence since September 2021. Their "Fox News" article they link to is sponsored content. All their Google reviews are from people who work for the company.

We get these questions all the time. The timeshare exit companies just take your money and do nothing. Often they just disappear or declare bankruptcy and keep all your money. Don't do it. If you cannot give away your unwanted timeshare here on TUG, just stop paying for it and take the small credit hit.

I used this sight last year and couldn’t find anything in them. I’m now decided if to give a good reply and found this.

I’ve used the company and they removed me from my ownership in 101 days. They worked great.

In regards to the domain thing….Well going off the dates of the website year would mean that this sight Were in doesn’t exist anymore….or Walmart was just created in 2022. Maybe we should have some experience on that before we reply.
I also have a reply in the website and I’m not an employee nor would I ever want to be. They seem like it’s to stressed.
I feel as though most people on here are quick to bash the companies rather than say anything good.

Not all restaurants are good but doesn’t stop me from going to one.

@Well Experienced Scamming companies create their own fake posts to provide glowing reviews.

Releaseconsulting.net’s website didn’t even exist prior to September 2021.

Walmart’s website was created in 1995 so your reference doesn’t hold water, neither does this company.

That’s all I have to say about that.

certainly bizarre none of the 4 google reviews (all posted on the same day) match your name?

and the newest google review from 10 hours ago seems to give them 1 star!

About those Google reviews. The wording just doesn't seem to align with someone being happy about getting out of their timeshare. Take this Google "review" from their website:

"Release Consulting was a great choice for our project. They were very professional from start to finish. Thank you".

Wait, what? PROJECT??? Since "project" just doesn't seem to fit for exiting a timeshare I googled that review and found the exact same verbiage, except for the name, at AJ Flooring (Testimonials - AJ Flooring America ). The word "project" in a review for a flooring company actually makes sense. Their review begins with:

"Higor's was a great choice for our project. They were very professional from start to finish. "

More "review" fun - all four Google reviewers were new and all posted the reviews two months ago. To make them appear to be real reviewers, all four posted an additional business review and each of the reviews just happened to be libraries (not the same library). Two of the four posted a third review and they happened to be the exact same business called Oklahoma Custom Memorials. What are the odds of that happening unless they are all fake reviews? The logical answer of course is the same person posing as these "reviewers" to further the scam.

They claim on their website that they have been in business since 2018. However, as pointed out previously they didn't exist anywhere until September 26, 2021 when they created their website - only SIX MONTHS AGO!

But wait, there's more!

They are very proud of the "Fox News Article" and in fact they have a link at the website header. However, that isn't a Fox news article but rather a self-written advertising piece passed off as "news". As I read it something again just didn't make sense. The "article" states:

"Their focus is their customers which marks the excellence of Release Consulting as it earns the recognition of “India’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2019” accredited by Great Place to Work® (the global authority in creating, assessing and identifying the Best Workplaces) and The Economic Times. "

What was that? "INDIA"??? I thought they were in Nevada (their NV address is a UPS store BTW)! Googling that I find that they plagiarized the verbiage directly from a press release template website (100+ Best Examples of Press Release Templates | Paperflite ). The exact template they stole:

"This press release marks the excellence of Aspire Systems as it earns the recognition of “India's 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2019” accredited by Great Place to Work® (the global authority in creating, assessing and identifying the Best Workplaces) and The Economic Times."

Let's recap:

In business since 2018 - LIE
Google reviews - LIE
Earned the recognition of India's 100 best companies - LIE
New user posting on TUG to praise this scam company - ??? (I'll let you decide)

Big difference between Walmart.com and this scam operation. I do happen to know what I am talking about BTW.

Walmart.com - Created in 2019

Tugbbs.com doesn't expire until 2023 and of course would be on an auto renewal;

The big question is, why did a 3,000+ post BBS guest create a post about this company and not come back with any follow up?

timeshare-users-group.com a bit older! walmart got dad by 2 months!

Exactly what I asked @e.bram last week, and it has been crickets since. Then just today we get a first time poster who is an obvious promoter of this company to post their "glowing" review. Dare I ask if @e.bram is somehow associated with this company? Very weird, indeed!

I doubt e.bram is in any way associated with this "company". He surely would have known it was going to be picked apart and discarded in the trash.

I went to a hotel presentation to get a $50.00 gift cart to the Olive Garden restaurant and a useless not activated $200.00 spending bucks card.
They made some comments about Timeshares , but no mention of how to get out with them. I left wondering why they had a presentation at all and why we were invited.

ps. i hope the gift card is valid, will let you know.

Interested to know what the spending bucks card is and how it works. Probably something like those buy one get one free airfare certificates outfits like this use to give out many years ago. You had to utilize a grid to identify the cost of the single ticket, then the second was free. In most cases it would cost the same or more as just booking and paying for two tickets through the airline.

It is very interesting that this company is actually spending money putting on presentations. Morally they have no qualms lying about their business history on their website or posting fake reviews so you can be sure that whatever they have to say in a presentation is also going to be full of lies and deception. Knowing this about them, I say the odds of you getting what you were promised is going to be low.
