Free Marriott’s Desert Springs 1 EY White & Marriott’s Shadow Ridge EOYE Gold - Take one or both!





Desert Springs 1 2BR L/O floats weeks 22-27 & 36-50 including Memorial Day, Fourth of July & Thanksgiving which has II TDI 120-125. First use 2026







I have successfully traded into Hawaii almost every year using these units, as well as Newport Coast and Four Seasons Aviara.

Maintenance fees are Desert Springs $2225 annually. Local property taxes are billed separately.



Buyer to pay closing by LT Transfers.
