Regarding Tupperware Modular Mates

Does anyone know how much flour the Rectangular 1 container will hold? I want to buy these for my daughter. Will I need to purchase a number 1 or number 2 for 5 pounds of flour? Also, what about sugar? I buy in bulk, so I can't remember how large a bag of sugar is in the grocery store. Which ones should I purchase? For brown sugar and confectioners sugar, I will get a number 1. Thanks

I use rectangular 3's for my flour and sugar. I can put a 5 lb bag of flour or sugar in the container without it having to be completely empty. I also don't like them to be full to the top so that I can scoop more easily without spilling.

I use an oval 3 (not super-oval) for brown sugar. It holds a 1 pound bag easily, either in the plastic or emptied out.

If you go to tupperware.com and enter Custom Kitchen chart in the search, you will get a chart of what some of the modular mates will hold. It says on the chart that a rectangle 2 will hold 5 lbs. of flour.

Thanks so much. I looked for a chart on the Tupperware site, and could not find it. I only found it by typing in the exact words for a search.
