Owners, looking for recommendations for a suitable place that is big enough for 4 adults and 3 teens. I've stayed at the Bay Club II in Destin and Sheraton in Orlando. I'm completely new to the other three locations so anything advice, tips, recommendations that you can share are greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!

There are not many resorts in Sarasota. Panama has Marriott's Legend's Edge. I love it there. If you have RCI only, I cannot make any recommendations for you.
We're big fans of Landmark Holiday Beach Resort in PCB. https://www.landmarkpcb.com We own two weeks there and go back every year.
It's an older resort but it's right on the beach and all rooms have a gulf view. The units are well maintained, although the bathrooms could use a remodel that is planned for the next few years. (They're acceptable but stuck in the '90s.)
They have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. It's on the quieter end of the strip, which we appreciate.
The are several resorts on the coast of St Pete but they are all older legacy resorts as they call them. You might want to check Liberte management or some of the other management companies on the coast to see about direct rentals. Exchanging will be tough and lots of owners use their resorts rather than rent or deposit.

If the area between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach interests you, the Redington Ambassador has several 3-bedroom 3 bath gulf-front units. Third bedroom is actually a very small lock off with its own kitchenette.
