Hello,

I am selling my timeshare in the Grandview at Las Vegas, Nevada to a prospective buyer. Can someone please recommend a reputable company that can take care of the paperwork, including notifying the resort about the transfer?

Thanks,
Sahoo

They are our go-to company for timeshare title work & deed recording, etc.

BTW, Grandview At Las Vegas charges $250 for its part of resort transfer. That's in addition to deed preparation & recording.
