Reciprocal resort?

I've never noticed before that when I log into my account that it says I have a reciprocal resort under my home resort.
My home resort is Las Cascadas in San Antonio and it says my reciprocal resort is Sedona, AZ.
What advantage does this give me owning there?
I wish I had known this before visiting Sedona if there is any advantage.

It should give you (some form of) ARP. Maybe not the full 13 months, but more than 10.

Typically that happens when the owner purchases the contract at another resort during the (pre)construction phase of a new resort, So, in your case I'm guessing they were at a sales meeting in Sedona in 2003 or so and bought a contract for La Cascada when it was being built.

The estoppel I was shown for a 189,000 contract was about $7/1,000. What you provided was closer to $9. Can you verify to current year cost per thousand listed in the 2025 assessment?

I own at national harbor and have reciprocal ARP at Old Town Alexandria. My ownership used to list the resort I had RARP at, but since one of the website upgrades in the last year or 2, it now only says "reciprocal ARP", but doesn't list the resort. I don't know if that matters or not, as it still works, I can book at 11 months with retail or resale points at OTA.
