Received an extra holidays confirmation for my Club Wyndham reservation

Well this instills confidence in the communications we receive.

I updated a reservation yesterday and got an extra holidays confirmation. Had to do a double take.

Happened to me, too! I had booked a Shell property with Wyndham points...

I got a friendly reminder eMail recently about an upcoming stay in
Park City. All the details were correct, but the eMail was clearly from
Worldmark by Wyndham. We used Wyndham points to make the
reservation, not Worldmark credits. Sigh. I think the resort is dual
branded, but still a little odd.

I got the same thing a few years ago regarding my stay at Wyndham Indio (which granted, does have more Worldmark units than Wyndham units), so that issue may not be a new one.

And it still continues.

I just booked a stay at Peacock Suites. I received the email confirmation from Wyndham, and then a couple minutes later a second one from Extra Holidays.

Unsurprisingly, they also contain conflicting information.

The Wyndham confirmation states:
“ This resort is valet parking only. A parking fee of $20 plus tax will be authorized at time of registration. There's no self-parking.”

The EH one says:
“Valet parking only is available for $13 plus tax per day. Includes in and out privileges. Self-parking is not available.”

Wonder which one is correct? Is my friend going to be charged $20 parking for his week, or $91?

It's a per-day fee. I would guess it's more like $20 per day, because it's valet parking.

So both confirmations are incorrect - figures.
