Hello, I am planning on purchasing a deeded Wyndham timeshare on Ebay. Wanted to get info reassessment fees associated with buying a deeded timeahare. Also if there are property tax fees. I currently own 210,000 CWA points and have beem wanted to add more points through resale. I found a listing on ebay that I plan on purchasing. Just wanted info on what other fees I will have in addition to my maintenance monthy fees. Grateful for any advice.

This question may be best answered by asking whoever is listing the auction..... and doing so provides you with everything in writing just in case.

One question I always ask is "when" will the new owner get first use, and "who" will pay what (buyer or seller) in the closing process. Obviously if you are the buyer you want to attempt to have the seller pay everything for your benefit (admittedly that is not always possible). You never know unless you actually ask!
