I have arranged a buyer for my timeshare and emailed all the information to HGV Title Services ("grandvacationstitle@hgv.com") 21 days ago. I only received a long list of contacts for other services. Regular customer service and the resale office confirmed this is the correct email. I have followed up weekly but never hear back.
Does anyone have a phone number or alternate email for finding out what is happening with my sale paperwork?
