Reaching Hilton Grand Vacations Title via Phone

I have arranged a buyer for my timeshare and emailed all the information to HGV Title Services ("grandvacationstitle@hgv.com") 21 days ago. I only received a long list of contacts for other services. Regular customer service and the resale office confirmed this is the correct email. I have followed up weekly but never hear back.

Does anyone have a phone number or alternate email for finding out what is happening with my sale paperwork?

The other option is just to use LT Transfers, https://www.lttransfers.com/ . I have heard that the HGV title services to do this are expensive but I have not done it through them so can't verify. I was going to use LT Transfers to do this for me, since giving away one of my deeds, but then decided to get Judi K. to do it. More expensive but easier.

LT Transfers is legit. Many TUG members use them. @CalGalTraveler just used them to close one.

I have known Judi for a long time so she worked out a deal for me but the closing company that she uses, still costs...and a bit more than LT but easy. I think normally she has a set commission but I am not sure of the amount. Others, here in TUG that have used her, may know.

LT Transfers is very legit. They have a great reputation here on TUG. When I used them in 2021, they were responsive, helped us through the process and answered every question I had. They are very good and would recommend them in a heart beat.
 
LT Transfers ger uniformly rave reviews from their users here on TUG.
I have used them for three transfers and am completely satisfied.
They will be much less expensive than anyone HGVC refers you to.
 
I used HGV title services years ago to transfer our Kingsland unit into our trust. I thought using HGV would simplify things, but they took a really long time, like 5 or 6 months to complete the transfer.

A few years later we used LT Transfer to handle our MVC ownership and they completed that in a few weeks at a much lower cost.

I would use LT again in a heartbeat.
