OK. I admit it. I got suckered into buying this useless (to me) voucher in a weak moment back in December, 2013. Cost was approximately $1500. I essentially forgot about it until two weeks after most of it expired, requested & received an extension... I can't seem to use it. I need suggestions!

The voucher has four parts:
1. 5 Hotel Savings Certificates (I can do better on booking.com. I won't be using any of these.) must redeem by 12/9/18
2. 5 $200 vouchers for a discount shopping mall website (Amazon prices are better) already expired
3. A 3-7 night resort stay (from a limited selection) must redeem by 6/9/2015
4. Any ONE of these: must redeem by 4/30/2015
a) 5-7 night resort stay (limited selection)
b) 7 day cruise
c) 5-7 night hotel stay (limited selection)
d) TWO 2-3 night hotel stays (limited selection)

I am a teacher: limited travel opportunities. I already have a trip booked for spring break 2015 and another for summer 2015. I can't afford airfare anywhere anytime.

I spent 5 hours on the phone (over a two week period) trying to book a Hawaii stay for spring break 2016. It was cancelled within a week after it was booked, twice. I tried to book a cruise to Alaska this summer, but it cost an additional $1600... making it more expensive than buying direct from vendor.

Do any of you experienced time share travelers have any suggestions on ways I can use or sell any of this potential travel? Thanks in advance!

This does not sound like you bought it from RCI - it sounds like one of those bogus phone deals.

No, it's really RCI or a division of RCI that works with ICE.

I get these calls every so often but always say thanks but no thanks while they are still talking.

You are correct. It is a company that RCI allows to use it's name...
"RCI Travel is provided by a third party provider under agreement with RCI. Therefore RCI disclaims all responsibility in connection with any third party travel services"

Phone scam or not, I was actually looking for constructive suggestions...
Prosecute/Report, if so how?

At this late date - I think you are out of luck. An attorney will cost you more than you already spent.

Agree with Denise- as usual. The time to have found something of value in the certs was early last year. Now that the offers are expiring it's too late. Might as well cut your losses and chalk it up to experience. Sorry.
