RCI site keeps loggging me out, as soon as I log in...

Is this happening to anyone else? It's annoying.
 
yes but only points not weeks. I have 2 accounts 1 works and 1 is not working.
 
I cannot log into any of my accounts and stay on for more than a few seconds. I have the Wyndham, the RCI Points, and the Weeks. It's odd. I was going to release a week I was holding, but it will automatically release tonight, anyway.
 
I haven't even tried to log on because it has said "Maintenance Notice: RCI.com is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

all day! Since last night actually. Isn't the maintenance usually finished by Sunday morning?

Okay, it let me log on but when I tried to search for a vacation it said the above again.

it is saturday right now, the site is not suppose to go down until 8:45 pm tonight.

I think you went through a timewarp and ended up a day later;)

Both are not working for me now too.

Oops- I am in a time warp! It was down last night and again today. Maybe RCI is in a time warp too.

It actually worked for me a little while ago. Sometimes though when it's acting like this the units it shows are not accurate so I'm not trusting it.
 
points side of RCI

Nearly every morning around 5:30 AM this happens to me also. I can get half way into the points side, but when I hit Search for vacation, it blocks me from entering & takes me back to the page where you enter your password. Very, very frustrating!
 
I can't get into weeks or points. What's up with that? :crash:
 
I had problems all weekend with both points and weeks.
 
Weeks side logging me off

RCI is logging me off when using the weeks side. I log in, get to the search page, choose area I want to search, then it takes me back to the log in page. I log back in, hit "search for availability", then notice I'm back to the log in page again. It took me back a number of times to the log in page, from different pages. Once I was even looking at available weeks at a specific resort, hit "return to search", and again, I was back at the log in page. I finally quit looking. Hopefully after the maintenance tonight, it will straighten out.

I haven't had enough coffee yet to deal any further with this.:mad:
 
This kept happening to me the other day when I was trying to book a week. I called RCI for tech support and while I was on hold it finally worked an let me book my weeks. Very frustrating though.

same is happening to me this morning, but after the maintenance shut down. didn't have the problem prior to their weekly maintenance!!!!:wall:

after last week's maintenance I was seeing all kinds of availability (ghost weeks).

I am with weeks not points.

Once again, not working for me. It's okay, as long as they fix it. I got a Too Many Users error, and I would bet it's because of the weekend. Maybe tomorrow it will be fixed. I think their servers are overwhelmed by the demand that summer lookers create. Those last-minute people are always looking for something very special.
 
Annoying! Even worse after the maintenance! :annoyed:

I'm not having the "back to log in page" problem today, like I was yesterday. Sorry to hear it's affecting other TUGgers now.:crash:
 
RCI problems on line!!!!! AGAIN!!!!

I was logged on fine and did a search found what I wanted and hit the hold button so I would have time to discuss with my wife and it did not hold the week. Tried to go in again and now will not allow me to do a search and keeps knocking me out back to log-in screen.

Fortunately this should be an easy exchange so I will be patient and try again later today or early tomorrow.:eek: :deadhorse: :wall:
 
:crash: Can't get in at all now "too many users" error msg. keeps showing up when I try and sign on!
 
OK now was able to get into RCI

OK I just went back to RCI and was able to put week on hold and will confirm tomorrow once I have a chance to discuss this with my wife later tonight.
