RCI points program?

Does anyone have RCI point only program?
No MF. Pay for RCI point at 1.5cents for every point. Any one have experience using it, heard of it? Thx
 
RCI Europe had something called rci pure points. In the past before they went out of business, Club Trinadad did 3 year point leases.
 
Ive never heard of it. I suppose you could buy a triannual with 49k points for a $1 and pay $150 a year per 16k points to achieve something similar
