Debated with myself over proper location for this question. Although it involves RCI, it is not about exchanging.

I realized I have not been using the feature regarding certificates. I logged into RCI went to page about benefits, clicked on the restaurant.com link and it goes nowhere.

Anyone else have the problem -- or is there another way to 'receive' subject certificates?

You should be receiving a monthly reminder from RCI to use this benefit. It's working okay for me from my PC. From the website: click on Save with RCI; RCI Platinum Savings; Restaurant.com Dining Certificates (has picture); pop up window and "See Certificates" and it takes you to the partner site which lists your certificates and whether they have been claimed. Hope it works for you!

i have never received a reminder, but I do get the certificates just as described above.

Thank you. This time is worked properly for me. I do not get reminders -- and by visiting this site I saw a year's worth of expired certificates. Glad I found this before January expired.

That's weird because I get an email every month. It's a nice reminder so I don't forget to claim my certificate. Unfortunately there have been slim pickings for restaurants in my area.

buy something, anything, you can always exchange it later. we have extremely slim pickings.

Well---- there's something I don't know. I hit all the RCI promps mentioned, see the certificates, use the code number, and they want to charge me $10. for a free certificate.

Still can't figure it out--- HELP !!

have you gone all the way to the end? you do have to sign in twice, and it looks like they are charging.
i am wondering what the three restaurants in the Keys are?

In the past I have used these often in my 'hometown' of Santa Cruz CA. When I look for participating locations today -- there are very few.

When I look for local participating locations....there are none! Very little of the RCI Platinum perks are available to Canadian RCI members. There are no Canadian restaurants, golf courses, ski resorts nor wine available in Canada through Platinum perks. Canadian Platinum members have to travel to the US to take advantage of any platinum perks.
