RCI DEPOSIT CALCULATOR ON TRADING VALUES W R O N G

Funny thing I deposited weeks into RCI FOR MASSANUTTEN july 16, 2022...received 19 as trading value, that's 2 years in advance....get this..went on RCI Deposit Calculator and punch in the info..are you ready
It said if deposited before 12 dec 2021..which I did..."You will receive 23 trading power"
Hey everyone that means the Deposit Calculator is wrong..but......now if anyone wants to look up a week, if floating, for deposit with RCI , WE are being lied too....RCI had no answer..or if you want to purchase a week and look up its value..you are being lied too!!!

Actually, these values are not fixed and they change all the time. So you can check multiple times, and get multiple answers.
 
Take a screenshot of the points on the deposit calculator the same day you deposited and contact rci. It could just be a glitch that they can fix. Start with chat and show them the dated screen shot, it that doesn't work move up to email customer service. Don't go with a phone agent. I think it is more likely incompetence on behalf of the web programmers rather than a deep seeded plot to deceive members. Occasionally it probably goes the other way, and in that case just enjoy the extra.

Thanks regardless of what it is or who caused it.....we are being deceived..I spent an hour of my time with RCI and I am not spending anymore..This happened to EVERYONE of my deposits...EVERYONE check yours on the deposit calculator you will be amazed!!

Wrong they are fixed when you use the deposit calculator..they do not fluctuate..The bull I was told is exactly why they justified the 19 instead of their own website stating 23..

How long was the time period between when you deposited it, and when you checked the Deposit Calculator? Did you check the Deposit Calculator before you made the deposit?

Deposited Aug 2020..looked today...RCI gave me ooops. No I did not, but everyone better do that....except the answer from RCI was oops..and they told me the deposit calculator was an estimate My response was your website says " you will receive this value" 23..no wording about estimate..no where does the word estimate even show up....just deceit...go an check yours and let me know..
 
EVERYONE CHECK what you deposited and what your value is Against the deposit calculator..
To get to it, go on your account, scroll down to help, click on it..then in help search deposit calculator..take it from there

These can and do change over the course of months. I will bet real money that if you'd checked the deposit calculator on the day you deposited, it would have shown you 19 as the value. If so, you were given the correct amount.

RCI will *sometimes* bump up a deposited week if the valuations later go up. They will not reduce them if the valuations later go down. You might try emailing them with a screen shot of the current valuation, asking (politely!) if they'd be willing to increase the deposit line to match the current valuation. They might. They might not.

Based on my understanding of the T&C, they are not obligated to do this, but again they *might*. You will want to point at paragraph 8.B in the Disclosure Guide.

Funny just went on RCI to get my exact week that I deposited for 2022...takes 18
RCI IS NUTS!! I have been at this for over 24 years, one year they redeemed my week for trade to someone else...priceless, just priceless

If you don't like it then don't deposit. Your points are fixed at the time you make the deposit. If you check the deposit checker and get something different you can get it fixed. If you deposit and then it changes for better or for worse you get what you got and what they were offering at the time you deposited. If one buys gas on the futures market for delivery in 2022, you get it for today's price not what it could would cost if you check again 6 months later.

Sorry you don't understand how RCI works.
