Elderly mother-in law purchased these certificates think it was really RCI as she has many properties and has for over 25 years. Trying to redeem them is next to impossible with all the restrictions. Reps say they cannot pass me to a supervisor... any suggestions?

A quick google search shows that these certificates are from the cruise line Royal Cribbean and are not related to timesharing.
