RCI: can someone tell me the trading value of a unit?

We are looking at St James Place in Beaver Creek, CO. It is resort number 2266 in RCI. Can someone please do me a favor and tell me the trading value of a few 3BR units?

Week 11 3BR sleeps 8
Week 11 3BR sleeps 10
Week 29 3BR sleeps 8
Week 24 3BR sleeps 8

I checked the RCI deposit calculator and here is what came up for that resort:

week 11, 3br, sleeps 8 --> 2016 TPU's 29, 2017 TPU's 29
week 11, 3br, sleeps 10 --> 2016 TPU's 29, 2017 TPU's 29
week 29, 3br, sleeps 8 --> 2016 TPU's 27, 2017 TPU's 27
week 24, 3br, sleeps 8 --> 2016 TPU's 24, 2017 TPU's 24

One thing to note that week 11 for 2016 is already past the date to deposit for max TPU's so it would get dinged by RCI's sliding scale which I believe is a 5% reduction in TPU's for deposits made within 181 - 270 days within checkin date.

Splitting the Deposit

I did a quick search of a three bedroom and only did week 11.
The unit i looked at was the 103AB and it is indeed 29 (now 28) but if you deposit the two units seperately the A unit (a Hotel unit) gets you 20/19 and the B Unit (a two bedroom) gets you 27/26. So if I were to deposit them I would deposit them separately for a much higher number of TPU.

Holy mackerel! Wow! 29 TPU's sounds ridiculously low for this resort.

A 3BR for week 11 rents for $900/nt and up on VRBO, while the resort itself charges $2300/nt.
