We had to deposit points into RCI as they were rolled over and about to expire. I was just about to take advantage of their promotion for $50 booking fee. But before I did wanted to ask if there is a way to make sure that it pulls deposited points before pulling from 2024 or 2025 points? Also, any hidden fees with RCI? I understand we pay the resort fee and it says potentially a cleaning fee. Anything else you can share about RCI bookings would be great. Thanks!!

You can call to confirm but I don't think there is anything you can do. Deposited points should be used first. If you discover any issue contact HGVC.
NOTE: The point deduction is manual (see thread below).
RCI booking point deduction question
Question for the experts: We recently booked a 1-week Exchange using HGVC points via the RCI portal. We received an email confirmation and can see the trip confirmed within our RCI account. However, so far no HGVC points have been deducted from our account (we have a number of 2024 ClubPoints...

Best RCI Option through HGVC Membership
Anyone have a great RCI experience and want to share their favorite RCI vacation? I know that booking RCI isn’t the best way to use points, but I’m curious if there are any RCI options that are worth it?

TIP: The District, West 57th and Hilton Club New York are usually available via RCI Points nightly reservations within 10 months of checkin. If you want a specific timeframe, start looking exactly at the 10 month mark.
