Just got letter showing an 8.75% rate increase. Could have been worse. We own one 12K contract.

I read on the FB WM group that travel share costs increased to $9.50 per 1000 credits plus the $75 fee making the total credit cost for some owners with travel share about $0.11 a credit. I'm all resale with no travel share so there isn't much for us to worry about. We use a lot of bonus time so the housekeeping fees don't ding us. Here are the new fees. I haven't seen the 2025 mf schedule yet. @philemer what is the actual mf on 12,000 credits for 2025 if you don't mind.

I thought Worldmark MF increase is capped at 5%???
It is capped at the greater of 5% or percentage increase in the U.S. Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the previous year.

It was mentioned during the financials presentation at the annual owners meeting last month that the mf increase for 2025 will be 5%.

The back of the letter should include the direct comparison of 2024 vs. 2025 maintenance fees. You may want to run those numbers to calculate the percentage increase.

Thanks. Fat fingers on my small calculator. The increase is indeed 5%. So $1413.84 for me. I feel a little richer now. :)
Cheers

The mf letter was in yesterdays mail. What was odd is Wyndham also pre-approved a $20,000 loan for us with a high interest rate. They addressed it to my wife. They also use her number to reach us since I never answer. I will have to edit our numbers so they can leave messages only.
