Raintree assessment bonus points question

Fellow RVC members. I have a question for you. We paid our assessment and were awarded the 100,000 bonus RCI points as "match points". From what I understand, I have to put up 100,000 matching points and use them on one reservation. to me it seems that I have to find a 200,000 point single reservation so I am thinking that I need to find an extended stay in a single resort in order to maximize the bonus points. Trouble is that there may not be 4 continuous weeks in a 1 bedroom unit. I guess that I could get a larger unit for a shorter period of time, but my husband and I usually travel as a twosome. We like the extended stay idea. Does anyone have a good suggestion of how to maximize the utility of this opportunity?

I'm sorry I can't help you answer your question but I have a question for you...

When were the assessment dues due and do all owners get the 100K RCI pts?

I'm asking because I'm interested in Raintree (they have 7 resorts within driving distance to me) but I am still learning about them.

If you'd be willing, I'd love to hear some pros and cons from an owner.
