was looking to get a deed on one of the Hawaii properties. point at poipu and kanapali beach club are the two of most interest in the HVC side.

It appears a deeded property only gives an option to stay at one resort. Is it difficult to use DEX to trade from one resort to the other?
If it isn’t easy to move alternate properties I was considering getting a couple different EOY deeds. Is there a disadvantage to having 2 EOY deeds vs just one annual deed.

Kauai is my favorite so if I just had one place to go I might just do that for the HVC. and I was considering getting an EOY HGVC deed as well so I could switch up the Hawaii islands from time to time. Seems like this would the best way to have access to a broader inventory.
