I am researching possibly purchasing a resale unit at Ellis Square. Can owners there, or owners with Charter benefits share how challenging it is to book either a week or bonus time?
I used to live in Savannah, would love to own there, but don't want to buy and find out it's almost impossible to utilize. I am not concerned with peak seasons, I would prefer mild weather, but not a necessity.
