Questions about Spinnaker regarding resale ownership.

Im considering purchasing a Spinnaker TS in Branson from an owner. Here are my questions:
1. Its a 2 Bedroom floating week at Palace View so can it be traded within Spinnaker for other property stays?
2. How is the value when trading on RCI
3. Does Spinnaker have other fees such as membership etc beyond maint?
4. Would i be better off purchasing something in Co or Fl for better RCI trade?
5. Is Spinnaker even worth owning?
