We have a few reservations coming up which we have used Destination points to book. When I spoke to a rep about calling back within the 60 day mark to have points adjusted, he said we could do that as long as the days were not wait listed. He claimed he would put the days booked on hold, check for waitlist, then if none, rebook the reservation with reduced points. My question is don’t the days and view category have to be available on the web site? One of our reservations has days available but not in the view category we need. The other, which is a three day reservation has the second and third day available but not the first day.
