Question about fees at The Aspen Mountain Residences for HRC (legacy) owners

Is the "Nightly Resort Fee $60 / stay" the cumulative or actual per night amount?

I think this has been discussed, but I was unable to locate the thread. thanks

It is a per night fee. With parking fees and the housekeeping fee the charges add up. That being said it’s a great property and I hope to stay there again soon.

I think the fees are fixed - they don't vary based on unit size. That makes them extra steep reserving a one bedroom. Better go for the four bedroom.
